My partner was able to work off a pre-made design and customize the ring to her liking. PDC works with lab-grown diamonds which was important to us for cost and ethical reasons (but they also have natural stones available too). After landing on a design we liked, the final ring was available in two days! It sounds like the pieces and stones we wanted were readily available, it could take longer for more complicated designs. Ken took abstract ideas and turned them into works of art! His process is amazing to watch.
